are you in love?
someone asked me, "how do you know when you love a person?"...i would think that most of us would agree that when you love a person you'd know it! but of course...there are always exceptions
so i tell the person, i'm no expert in this field, afterall i've never been in a real relationship. but i've ever been madly in love with someone...its a feeling, individual only to yourself, so intense and mad...
when you can't stop thinking of that person, when everything that you do is only for the good of him or her...you are in love.
when your heart aches so badly just seeing the person you love with someone else, you are jealously in love.
when you wilingly sacrifice most everything for him or her... you love the person...
of course, there are many ways to protect and love an individual...but no matter how, no matter when, just be true to yourself. and really there is no reason to love!! well at least i believe that if you need a reason to love someon...do you really love the person for who he or she is?
call me a stick in the mud, old fashioned, stodgy, whatever...
but i do believe that the man should take the initiative to tell the lady, to express his love for her...
the lady will be flattered! amongst other things...
this may be the 21st century, where ladies are equal in many areas...but i do believe that when it comes to matters of the heart...she wants to be pampered, she wants to be the envy of others, a fairy tale...
do not fear being rejected for expressing your love, i tell my friend...for he who tries, who fights for it, will only be applauded!
what matters most is that you've tried. at the very least, she knows.
christmas is just round the corner...
what do i want for christmas? he asks me...
in all vanity and affection i said " a treat at lawry's, a pair of diamond tear drop earrings this season"...
but in reality...whatever this christmas has in hold for me, i just don't want to be alone...
i want someone to tell me he loves me and that he just wants to spend time with me...
